Whether you’re a small business owner in our region, an employer or manager of a large corporation, or an individual looking to lend your voice and resources, all are welcome to join the DEI Alliance network. Our board and many volunteers are passionate about improving the economic development and social community of the Appalachian Highlands. We work collaboratively to provide DEI resources, education, and networking events in Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.
