Regional Call to Action

A regional ‘Call to Action’ event that explains the imperative of Diversity Equity and Inclusion. These are a key to economic success and community growth – creating a change in how we perceive ourselves, leading to a change in how others perceive us. The Summit will focus on beginning a journey toward the principles and practice of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, which will lead to accelerated growth. We can and must build toward success in retaining and attracting a more diverse demographic of people to want to live, work and play in Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.
